I have been blessed to be involved in Church and non-profit ministry since 2004. In 2004, I and 11 friends planted a church in Tempe AZ, now thriving with 10 congregations. While obtaining my MBA, I became acutely aware of the financial and organizational needs of the church. From that Ambassadors was born and I have been excited to help churches and individuals achieve their ministry goals. I currently serve as the Pastor of Central Operations at Redemption Church and CFO of Ambassadors. I have a wonderful wife and 4 great kids. God is good. VINCE GARVEY VP OF DEVELOPMENT
Married to my amazing wife, Verity since 2010, and dad to two awesome boys, Finley and James. I’m thankful to head up our development and partnerships at Ambassadors. Before landing here, I planted and pastored a church for a decade, and was the CEO at a global non-profit working predominantly in Latin America. I love the Church, am fascinated by Jesus, and treasure the opportunity we have to walk in the footsteps of Christ, as we bring His life and love to the world. Less important, but close, I’m a diehard, Liverpool FC, New Orleans Saints, and New York Yankee fan.
RYAN ARNESON FOUNDER | DIRECTOR
My wife Janet and I were married in 2002 and we have 4 children. We spent 13 years in college ministry, helped start 2 churches, lead several missional trips, and I served as an elder/pastor at Redemption Church in Tempe for 11 years. In the midst of our journey, we started Ambassadors in 2008. Our desire was to create a space where people would be able to pursue the things God has put on their hearts while working in unity with the body of Christ. Nothing brings us more joy than being able to play a small role in helping others along the way as they live into God's story and display the good news of Jesus in word and deed.
ERIN VUCUREVICH FUNDRAISING COACH
Married to my husband, Will, since 2009, and we have three boys. We have served in ministry together since we met in various settings, including short-term missions, an after-school tutoring center, and leading a church youth group. I have over 17 years of experience working in nonprofits and ministry, and I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. I am currently the Founder and Executive Director of Reconcile Long Beach, which focuses on connecting community organizations and churches to support vulnerable families and children in foster care. I am passionate about breaking down silos and creating cultures of collaboration to promote community flourishing. Fundraising has taught me a great deal about God, challenging and humbling me, and I am honored to be a part of coaching others on their fundraising journey. My free time is filled with cheering for my son’s basketball games, chasing my toddler around, or sitting in the sand at the beach.
GREG LINDSAY BOARD MEMBER
I am a board member with Ambassadors. I have previously served in campus ministry for 4 years with my wife, Michelle, through Greek InterVarsity. Together we led the chapter at ASU and raised an annual budget of $80,000. I then went on to become the Executive Pastor of Operations & Communications at Redemption Church in Tempe, AZ for 5 years. I now work as the Marketing & Communications Director at AWM Capital, a wealth management family office for professional athletes. If I’m stuck on a desert island, I’m taking the Bible and the best movie of all time: 13th Warrior…seriously.
KEITH MACMILLAN ADMIN ASSISTANT
My wife, Desyre, and I have been fundraising for our personal ministry since 2009. We served with Cru for 10 years and for the last 3 years I have served as the Executive Pastor with Redemption Tucson. I love creating new systems that help people be more effective in their ministry. I’m a big fan of the Sacramento Kings (Light the Beam!), cycling, and roasting coffee.
